Stump Patterns
I've had the idea for this sculpture for awhile, and I finally started to develop some of the pattern pieces for it yesterday. I'm planning to make the whole thing out of denim, but I think that there is still a missing element, I'll have to think about that. Sometimes just starting a project sparks new ideas.

ohhh! i just discovered your blog because of the comment you left on mine, and i think your things are lovely! I *especially* love this stump project, it looks so great! i even like how just the pattern pieces look and can't wait to see them all finished... :)
